The article that I read in china Daily is about the new Chinese pillars that are being built in the Olympic Forest Park. The purpose of building these pillars is to celebrate 60th National Day Holiday, but they are not done yet. I think building these Chiense Pillar is great idea because this is one of the why to express their love of thier country and this is type of respect also. I also think that when this is done with the great design, these pillars could be a great view of the tourists in the future.

The article I read was about international schools in China. Many Chinese students want to enroll. I think this is kind of counter-productive. If Chinese students want an international school experience, why don't they go to an international school in a different country? It just doesn't make sense to me. On the other hand, this article did pique my interest in maybe going to an international school. To go to the school spotlighted by the article, you have to interview in Chinese and English. Obviously I'm not at that level yet, but I think it would be pretty cool to go to a school in Beijing. Maybe senior year.
