I thought the story was Disney-cute. You know, good for little kids with short attention spans and no capacity for attention to detail. It would have made me feel all warm and fuzzy, if it had paid a little more attention to to detail. Clearly, Ying King didn't really care for Bing Sum all that much. I think this shows the chauvinistic views most early civilizations held, especially in regards to love and marriage.
